In addition to manufacturing plastic parts, we offer several options for finishing. We can also fit fasteners and/or combine multiple components.
Finishing
After machining, products are checked for burr formation. These burrs are then carefully removed by our skilled staff using specialised machinery and tools. Microscopic tools are used to remove burrs that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Assembly
In addition to machining products, HQ Plastics also carries out assembly work. This can include fitting fasteners, inserts, helicoils and dowel pins, for example. We can also combine several individual products into one assembly. We have many of these standard fasteners in stock.
